The production service may collect account, company, certification, enquiry, quote and technical usage information needed to operate the marketplace.
Approximate location
Country-level location may be derived from technical request information such as an IP address to localize pricing, support fraud and security controls, and provide relevant service availability. The pricing estimate stores the resolved country, pricing configuration version and detection method; it does not require retaining the raw IP address.
How information may be used
Information may support estimates, provider matching, quotation workflows, customer support, security and service improvement.
Sharing
Relevant structured information may be shared with a selected certification provider when the user requests an offer. Production consent and access controls must be implemented before launch.
Retention and rights
Production retention periods, lawful bases, international transfers and data-subject rights must be defined for applicable jurisdictions.
